Introduction

My name is Cat and I have a dog named Boofy with whom I share the very best part of my day. Every day of the week but Sunday, just after sunrise, we set out on beautiful trails in Evergreen, Colorado where we are invited to witness  the sun rising and the moon setting, snow falling down, fog rolling in , sunshine showing off, and wind blowing like crazy. Notice I didn’t mention rain. I don’t need my raincoat very often in this mountain desert where we live.

We walk for at least an hour and as certain as I am that this is great for our physical health, I believe that the true value lies in the happiness that our walk brings us.

I talked to Boofy about it and he agrees that I should write about our morning walks. I’ll post regularly, so please join us whenever you feel like it.
